Orders are processed within 48 hours if in stock and are shipped via Priority Mail, insured when necessary. Orders are not shipped on the weekends. Orders made on a weekend will be processed on the following business day.

All merchandise is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your order, a refund will be applied to the method of payment used to make your purchase. Returns are only accepted within 10 business days in its original condition and packaging. My Om Designs is not responsible for postage on returned items and has the right to refuse a return that has been worn or damaged.

What is My Om Designs jewelry warranty and guarantee? Merchandise is guaranteed from breakage for six months after purchase date. The jeweler will inspect the merchandise for necessary repair.

Does My Om Designs do repair work? Yes. Repairs will be made to merchandise free of charge provided it is within six months of purchase date and is the fault of My Om Designs, including loose and missing gemstones. My Om is not responsible for cracked gemstones. Repairs needed after the allowed time frame can be made at a minimal charge.
